After receiving the health report, please bring all the following materials to the office to do visa.

a. Original passport
b. A one-inch photo (2.5X3.5cm)
c. Qualified medical report
d. The white and yellow papers of JW 202form
e. Admission Letter
f. Temporary residence certificate
g. Foreigners residence permit application letter (Issued by office)
h. Foreigners residence permit application form (fill the blank on the spot)
2. Transportation:
Qingpu administrative service center: take Nan Qing line(南青線)after 7 stops and get off at Wai Qing Song Road and Jie jing gang road(外青松公路界涇港路). Go straight ahead and turn left where you can see the traffic lights. Walk 100 meters then arrive at the destination.
TIPS: X1 visa only valid for 30 days, so students come to China with this kind of visa remember to extend your visa in time.
