Objectives

This program is designed to cultivate high quality compound application talents，who will have set a solid foundation in legal theory, with the spirit of the rule of law, innovative thinking, global vision and practical ability. Students can be more familiar with the laws and regulations in China as well as the international rules, more skilled in application of legal knowledge and skills to deal with legal disputes including litigation and non-litigation cases.
